Center for International Cooperation and Education
The Center for International Relations (CIR) of the Autonomous Non-Profit Higher Education Institution "University under the Parliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Union" (ANO HEI "University under the PA of the EAEU") is established to:
- Expand and deepen cooperation with foreign universities and international partners (organizations and individuals) in order to develop intercultural ties within the modern socio-political context;
- Provide Russian and foreign language training for students;
- Support foreign students with documentation and coordination with the Main Directorate for Migration Issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (GUMVD).

Main Objectives of the CIR
The Center for International Relations is a structural unit of ANO HEI "University under the PA of the EAEU", integrating both academic and international activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Promoting the international image of the University;

Fostering intercultural communication skills among students;

Developing and implementing international educational programmes;

Facilitating international contacts for students, faculty, and staff;

Providing visa support for foreign students;
-
Organizing reception and accompaniment of visiting foreign delegations.
These objectives are detailed in the annual work plans of the Center.
