Environmental design as a separate direction arose in the middle of the 20th century, when psychologists noted the strong impact of the environment on the psyche, emotional state, and even the attitude of a person. The majority of the Russian population lives in cities, which is why it is so important to create the most pleasant conditions for human life with the help of design tools. Environmental design is rightly called “the art of transforming the human environment”, and the environmental designer is called “the creator of the surrounding world”.
Environment designers should create the most comfortable conditions for human life - in houses and apartments, shops, offices, cottages, exhibitions, etc. Moreover, the design of different objects has its own characteristics.
